Shower meditation
 

I love meditating while being in water. Sometimes at the swimming pool while back floating and swimming laps, I do this too. I like to mentally visualize I'm talking to the goddess Coventina, who is associated with water/springs/wells. I ask her to help me unwind and find relaxation after a long day.

Here is an interesting article about shower meditations I wanted to share. I like salt baths too. How about you? Do feel a connection to oceans/waterfalls/lakes, water in general? One of the first Buddhist mindfulness meditations I learned was applying complete mindfulness to showering.
