Osiris Speaks of the Space Patrol
 

In the book "Our Son Moves Among You" (1974), Mary Long channels the Egyptian "god" Osiris and the "goddess" Isis. Osiris said, "Around earth and in the Solar Vortex are areas and spaces of NO-TIME wherein spaceships hole up and await directives. At present there are several motherships of enormous size from which smaller craft emerge for voyages which may take them close to the planet earth or wider afield around the universe of galaxies.
Our mothership is the "Isis," so named after the Being who has done so much for the planet in her time. The officers and crew of the Isis have been with her a long time, thousands of years in fact, and there is not much they do not know about the magnetic stresses and alignment of planets and solar vortexes. Space is their homeland and the various densities and quality of time-space they know in detail.
Every 2,000 years or so in the earth's time-scale, the Isis has moved into a different orbit to match the earth's polar spin. Leaving scoutships to guard designated areas, the governing hierarchy moves between the areas of space routed according to plans centrally coordinated.
The function of these hierarchic and commanding beings is to watch over earth and solar systems while leaving the inhabitants a free hand in working out their own lives. Their private quarrels are of no concern to the Star people who follow space paths on an everlasting patrol.
Their policy of non-interference is a well functioning system, but they do not allow anything to happen which might endanger the balance of power, that is, the harmony and equilibration of energies in the solar vortex and others which come under their jurisdiction."

This is fascinating, Explorer21. The areas of NO-TIME may sound hard to conceive, but time does not exist except in the 3rd and 4th dimensions. So no-time may mean a higher vibrational space that wraps time whole. It would be invisible to instruments based on our current scientific beliefs.

It's my understanding that the ones who patrol Earth are deeply committed to the life here having its opportunity to evolve. This was holographically represented in the famous Prime Directive of Star Trek fame.

Starflower, your thoughts about no-time are very interesting and inspiring. Science Fiction stories often contain much truth about life in the universe, as you insightfully indicated in regards to the Star Trek show.
