I am looking for sassafras tea and cistus tea. Both of those have to be in tea bags and available in UK. Anyone know?

Big John yes will do.

So found this on AMazon:
Old India Sassafras Bark 1 Kg

So put this in a reusable tea bag and then prepare as standard tea in mug with hot water?

Herbal tea

Holy basil powder, indian bay leaf, mint powder, cinnamon poder mix in hot water to better result body
