coughing fit and ascension
 

So I'm currently experiencing a coughing fit. Haven't slept at all due to this nonstop coughing. Read it happens when the throat chakra is trying to clear. Anyone have any idea how long this fit will last? Its really quite horrible.

(I've already tried taking cough medicine btw and it hasn't helped.)

I would think it is physical and just a normal annoying cough.
The symptoms of throat chakra clearing would be emotion's and slight tingling electrical buzzing feeling,maybe suddenly being not so afraid to say something,realising you are speaking your mind more.

Don't worry so much about ascension symptoms and try to forget you ever heard the word ascension because it seems to be upsetting you.
ascension seems to be stopping your ascension:confused: ..:smile:

There's a pretty nasty respiratory bug doing the rounds here that's pretty much impervious to all but steroids and ventolin (my whole family is affected).

It will last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.

When the throat chakra is clearing, you will find yourself more expressive, more artistic and creative and more comfortable in your own skin. The throat chakra is associated with self-repression and self-expression...and you know it is blocked when you have 'foot-in-mouth disease' or you are forever second-guessing yourself and feel like you are not being heard, or that you have a purpose, but don't know what that is.

Coughing could also be a side effect of some medicine. Allergy could also be the cause. I doubt it has a spiritual cause.

When I was a kid I went through a couple of years (I was like 9-10) with a persistent and weird dry cough. A couple of doctors said that it appeared to be nervous (I was a naughty boy but never nervous) but one day the caugh stopped and have not had it ever since.

No idea what caused that to this day
