I see my self in a garden
 

Hello All

I need your help to figure this out. When I mediate, I see myself in a small garden surrounded by tall trees and a small waterfall in the middle. It is so relaxing. I see myself sitting there and surrounded also by white light. From there, I can talk to people or see people that I do not know. I communicate with people that are with us. I send messages to them, but I do not know if that goes through.

I also started alpha wave that helped me to get to that relaxing stage. Has any one else have this experience? Is it real?

I very much appreciate any feedback?

you may be seeing your spirit body in a relaxed peaceful realm of such a high frequency and good feeling. its good to listen to music to relax for some people. what were you talking about to the people there? also it sounds so beautiful and nice:)

I often see myself in a very similar place. Start asking for signs from those you are communicating with!
