Itching!
 

My scalp and especially my temples are itching!!! After I meditate and go along with my day the tingling and itching begins

Rashid I've been experiencing something similar. I didn't know where to put my post about it so I did it in the spirituality section but some have replied in that it could be the crown chakra awakening.

Same here. It is normal. If it irritates you can just touch that part of you face or head and ask them to go do it somewhere else (on your body) or not do it there at this time. Especially when you want to go to sleep it can bother. Normally they listen well. Same as with the headaches.
