I felt like I was somewhere else
 

Hi
Last night i had a dream and I felt like I traveled some place else. It felt more than a dream.

In the dream I sneaked under some building into a shopping mall. I think this 'sneaking in' took me into another realm or something.

I lucid dream alot. Its not something I have consciously practiced it just happens to me often.

I wonder if this was a out of body experience?

Once you become conscious to a certain point the lucid dream will feel real. It feels pretty close to a actual astral projection.... but once you get really good at actual projection you will be able to tell the difference between the 2. An astral body feels literally like your actual body but light and "clear" and you probably wont be able to tell.. its crazy how the atral body feels more natural than the physical body. I assume all the chemicals we dump into our bodies is why it would feel like that...

Anyways it is possible to go through a portal or gateway but possibly a new section of the dream!?
