Chakra healing and Fatigue
 

I've been working on my heart chakra lately to help heal old wounds and I've noticed a heavy onslaught of fatigue. I used to be able to workout almost everyday, where as now I really need to take a rest in between. My over all energy feels more clear and less angry. It has helped a lot, but is it normal to feel so tired as they heal?

You could be shifting energy out of your physical system into other levels. Sometimes there is a trade off between physical and spiritual strength. Maybe you could look into how to bring energy in from outside yourself (reiki for example) so that your not using energy you need for other things.

I seem to be quite normal with healing as energy gets centered in on recovering rather than expanding. Maybe it is like when you eat, and the body needs time to digest it, so does you need time to digest the changes that goes on in you at the moment?
