Meditation in forest
 

So today I tried for first time to meditate in the forest, I chosed a peaceful place and then I started to meditate.I don't know what happened but it was so deep that I was pretty close to fall asleep, I used a position somehow similar with the lotus posture.

I am going to do it again, I just wanted to share this with you, it was pretty amazing, I needed some good time to make sense of what was happening to me.I have this feeling that the nature is full of energy, pure energy.

That sounds wonderful.

Nature is beautiful. Earth is a paradise, many humans just make it hell with their negative thought patterns and negative actions /deeds and by believing and caring about the losers and their rubbish, instead of living a good life, being good souls and not caring about or believing the **** of others.
