I freaking love life. My pallet is really changing going into the 3rd week of as vegan as I can. Food is something I am truly feeling with all the senses. It's like angels sing when I slice open that papaya and pineapple. The smells made me drool like Homer Simpson over pink sprinkle donuts. |
Buddha bowls are the best!!! I can't wait to start making fancy ones. I've been a bit lazy so I've just thrown this all together. Wok pan is my best friend. Not exactly the cleanest eat bc I used low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil.... But screw It!

I never would have thought jackfruit could be a meat substitute. I am so impressed with this recipe I found on the minimalist baker. I'm excited to use it for tacos! 2 cans of young green jackfruit in water Bbq seasoning Bbq sauce I added half an onion and mushrooms during the simmer Avocado lime coleslaw 2 small avocados mashed 1 lime's juice Salt Pepper Carrots and cabbage |
