I dont believe any one hear is doing readings , there was a guy on hip forum . You can use one of the many methods of guided self hypnosis or one of the the skrying methods . I can post more if asked .

With guided past life self hypnosis some one talks you in to hypnosis . you can find cds , dvds , and mp3s for sale off the net . Some are on you tube . Some are for sale on amazon , D. With skrying , basicly you stare in to a mirror , crystall ball , bowl of water or candle flame .You can find methods off the net and a few much older books .I have never used skrying my self .
