Pendulum Not Working
 

I am experienced with operating pendulums and I created one using a piece of Black Tourmaline and a string. However, it is not getting the right answers and I do not know why..
I guess I could try cleansing it, but Black Tourmaline is supposed to be really good at cleansing and this sort of thing.

Any suggestions on what might be happening?

It does not matter what hangs on the sting, a pair of glasses, a biro, or anything that is heavy. The pendulum does not give you the answer, it is your connection, or what you are connected to. Perhaps it is time to let go of those instruments and get your answers directly.

I would if I could. Sometimes I do and I just want extra validation.

I know what you mean. I get my validations in a different way. Through muscle contractions just below the sternum. And I only connect with my higher self. This is not entirely correct. I have at least one being that oversees my incarnation, and I have a 24/7 connection with.
What I actually trying to say is, the most important aspect in all this is, ensuring who we are connected to.
At the beginning I used the phrase: I asked for protection from anything that is not of unconditional love.
This of cause has the disadvantage that we can not connect to any entity below the 5th density.
