am i seeing my aura?
 

so recently i have been rather interested in auras and seeing them.

I'm still rather new to this (only found out about it a few days ago) but when I first attempted I would get nothing although i could very easily see the "auras" of objects. I say "auras" because I think they might actually just be afterimages, anyways, the past few days I have been trying here and there to no avail, but today I was in the shower and attempted it and i could've sworn i saw a little bit of green lift up from my hand.

I tried it again a little while later in my hallway with a bland white background and i saw a little bit of green again. My problem is that I read the green aura, (what it is supposed to mean) ,but I don't think that fits to what i am feeling right now or where my life is at, on the other hand I have been cleansing my heart chakra. idk lemme know what u think. :cya:

I'm not experienced with this so you'll get better answers than from me.

But indeed if you've been cleansing your heart chakra, your energy will be naturally drawn towards heart energy because of the focus on it. You're possibly naturally drawn into your heartspace, or, vibrating at the level of heart energy.

I really don't know if it's the same for everyone, but I can notice when I'm at the level of heart energy because I feel my consciousness building up around the chest area. It's hard to explain actually... But consciousness building up in the heart area definitely affects vibration. When I let myself get sensitive to it, I can feel it change my intentions and my general energy.

But I'm not always sensitive to it, so these things usually happen unnoticed.
