Speech in the astral plane
 

After leaving the body I witnessed a speech that was talking about intelligence in higher planes.

At the moment I was so excited that I lost concentration and woke up.

But it's pretty interesting how much we can learn while we sleep

Once upon a time I was whisked away to some slowly revolving Tibetan place only accessible up many many steps which seemed to go on forever. Once there, I encountered a group of "Elder Beings" who showed me the history of star formations viewed from a singular "space" or place upon Earth.
Then I descended the same steps again and returned to body.

No explanation given and no further discussion or dissertation. It was most beautiful, and I guess, left up to my comprehension at the time to appreciate as I was able.

It sure is interesting what we learn as our bodies rest.

you've come into the physical realm for a purpose trocacasada.
where you've used the word 'concentration', you've meant 'focus'...
when you'd lost focus, it was restored to you through awakening in the body.
[your focus, from a spiritual perspective, has involved experiencing physicality.]

where you were "so excited" is showing you as 'following your bliss'...
which had involved hearing about "intelligence in higher planes".
i'm understanding this as you learning about/recalling your own nature
as a 'higher dimensional mind' which travels across planes of reality.
learning of your true nature is exhilarating, for any 'light-being';
discovering the underlying truth of things will always provide joy.
[if you were to discover a "truth" which was disheartening, it would
be lacking a context for proper understanding... look deeper.]

the word 'concentrate' may also refer to "gathering in mass", or
"removing an agent of dilution"... which is suggesting that your
interest in understanding your non-corporeal aspects has caused
you to enter/reenter physicality (somewhat paradoxically). maybe
the point of your experience had been to reassure you that you've
been doing your own will by entering into physicality. rather than
abandoning the body, and 'rejoining' with yourself in some higher
dimensions (perhaps an idea that you've toyed with), it may have
been your 'purpose' to bring that intelligence into union within a
bodily form (as if 'concentrated').

you are an "old soul" Tobi. old enough to have made that climb of
"many many steps which seemed to go on forever". the 'Elder Beings'
you'd encountered are likely to be peers of yours... like in a soul-family.
they'd shown you 'the history of star formations', which is information
they've collected through your efforts in providing them a singular
perspective from within the earthly realm... a position to which you've
returned (in order to provide those elders with additional data [?]).
