Waves of high sensitivity
 

I don't really know how to explain it but I feel like I am just sucking in all sorts of energy and have been highly sensitive to things recently. Like things that don't usually bug me are bugging me constantly, and smells, feelings (like my skin itching for no reason), light. Yesterday I got sick and I can't really pinpoint a reason why, and everything that could possibly set me into an emotional spin seems to have come at me and I am trying my best to not be bothered by it. I am trying to stay positive and I don't know if I am doing it ok but this week just seems like a dumping of stuff. My back gets hot, my chest gets hot, I'm hearing things from far away...it's really weird.

Does this happen to anyone? Where it comes and goes? Does anyone understand what this is?

I am experiencing something similar. I definitely have the heightened sensitivity and amplified sense perceptions. I know exactly what you mean when you say hearing things far away, it's been happening to me as well. A couple of friends of mine are speaking of a solar alignment of some sort and say that they are experiencing this stuff too. I thought it had to do with my recent powerful energy experience but I suppose that might be tied into it as well.
