How are we meant to time travel?
 

If everything exists in the now, how are we to time travel?

Many spiritual theories and texts state that all time is happening right now simultaneously. If this is the case, how could time travel be possible?

Those theories might be wrong. There is time here. There is time in non-physical too, just not the same as this time. They are in the same relation as there are the time in our dreams with the time when we're awake.

The physical us can't time travel the physical time. Only our non-physical selves can do that.

We are creations of our non-physical selves, as our dream selves are creations of our physical selves. Top view: all projections of the same self / essence.

You probably couldn't - if time were 'real'. But what we call time seems to just be another spatial dimension so theoretically you could travel around in it the same way as taking a trip to the beach goes? Things that have already happened (in our reckoning) have the same existance as say the mountains and so do a variety of futures we've already been to and come back from? So it is possible to go visit the elsewhen? But the rules that govern the way what we know of as 'time' is 'supposed' to be used are hard to get around, I suppose.

I am told time travel is possible and done right now on this planet.
In the same time I am told I have not the knowledge to grasp or understand the basics. It has to do with folding time and space, similar what they talk about in space travel.
