what is it about the 3 a.m. hour?
 

Is it just me, or is the time between 3 and 4 a.m. special?

I always wake up at 3 am for some reason, as if a voice purposely wakes me. In fact, last night I woke at 3:03 and usually stay awake till past 4, since it's virtually impossible to fall back asleep straight away.
Perhaps it's a sign (from my crew) that I'm not alone....Hope so.

according to chinese medicine, 3am is associated with the lungs. I don't know if that helps lol.

There does seem to be a 3 am connection. I used to wake up at 3 am all the time. But I've moved from that time-frame. Now I can wake up 1 am, 2 am, 4 am, etc. But yeah there for quite a few years 3 seemed to be the magic number.

Just looked it up online and they say 3 am to 4 am is the time when spirits appear and to be at their most powerful and magic to be most effective.

Thank you clover! I was awake from 7am this morning with incredible stomach pains. They have been getting a increasingly worse for a few weeks now, right at my solar plexus chakra. Think it may be time to go to the doctors...
