Advice or technique for self change.
 

I was certified as a hypnotist many years ago through a fellow named Hogan. I wanted to use it to clear some of my self doubts. After getting certified a hypnosis shop opened right down the street, literally walking distance, from my house. I got a pt job there.

It's a long story but although I felt like I was very good at hypnosis and I felt that I connected with the clients I had issues and misunderstandings with the owner. So I just left, just quit.

After that I felt like I was cursed or had bad luck. Intellectually I know I don't have bad luck but emotionally I have a block. I keep trying to go back to hypnosis and I have even helped friends but something inside me just stops me from doing anything. Even something small like trying to put recordings on YouTube to see if anyone would want them or use them.

Is there a self hypnosis or eft or rieki or other technique that could help with something like this? I am open to just about any safe and somewhat rational thing.

Hi Earl. You probably have this book but I thought just in case I would post if for you. You can buy it cheaply at amazon.com used FYI, for about $5.5 plus $3.99 for s/handling or, do what I like to do really and that is just get the easy read book from the library :). Healing and Transformation Through Self-Guided Imagery. To me the book rings true from the heart first. I too am a hypnosis certified counselor--in paper only :). I have found Henry Bolduc to be also a ring true kinda guy to use. If you go to his website I believe he still have one (he died recently) where you can download this book or again, go to library or amazon. Henry Bolduc was a follower of Edgar Cayce and Henry Bolduc was a courageous and inspiring teacher to me. Henry Bolduc's Book on Self Hypnosis taught me more than any hypnosis book but then what Bolduc wrote was just in my interest! Peace. Mindy

I am not quite sure what you want to do , but there are a bunch of self hypsnosi videos on you tube , if none of them do what you want you could try some slow deep brething and binaural beats . This one is free, cross platform and comes with a program , you can down load more programs or wirite some of your own .
