Random NDE Visions

Hello everyone,

I have a friend and when she was younger she was in a horrific car accident killing her then husband and 2 friends. She luckily survived but she has told me she suffers from random "life reviews". She described it as if she was talking to someone then all of sudden her life would start flashing before her eyes and after a few moments (not sure how long) she would regain full consciousness. I've tried to do research into this; however, I have only been able to find information on people's current NDE/Life Reviews and not ones after the initial experience. Does anyone have a similar experience or know where I can find more information on her random visions?

Thank you in advance,

Butters

I have heard that sometimes after a deep NDE event that there is a shift in how one perceives / receives this physical reality.

One NDEr testimony I had come across made mention how this individual would preview "future" events. Then shortly after this "preview" the actual event would happen. It was like her time line was upset somehow and she was not in sync with the current timeline. This perhaps is a result of being in a reality that does not operate by the same set of physics, and time, that our does. That is what my thoughts are anyway.

This may not be quite like your friend's experience, but there are those who have been affected by being able to sense the future, even picking up future energy from an physical location when the event has not yet occurred.

Perhaps your friend would benefit from IANDs (International Association of Near Death Studies) as they do offer support for those who are struggling with what is called after effects of a NDE.

And I send gentle thoughts her way, as I lost my two beloved children, one to an accident recently. It is very tough and lonely at times, you are doing the right thing by walking beside her, companioning with her through her grief as it never goes away, one just learns to carry it differently.

It could be that the event shifted her perspective so much. Traumas as well as great joys can all do that. It may have shifted her 'way of seeing' to such an extent that even while she still has feet on the Earth, a portion of her consciousness is now aware of her multi-dimensional aspects, and the relatively fleeting nature of this life -yet the many lessons and valuable experiences to be gained from it.

Unless she has some real suffering attached to these 'reviews', I would not necessarily consider them to have a potentially negative impact. Of course, deep grief can also open us up to a greater spiritual reality. Deep grief is always considered to be a 'low vibration' and negative, but in my own experience, it is not necessarily so, and can open closed doors in awareness.

A 'life review' is a good thing to do, if done with a balanced mind. I find myself doing them regularly even while still here. They help me face the things I feel I have not done my Soul's best with, and while I still have the chance, in incarnation anyway, to make changes. They also bring to me a self-compassion, which is healing for the Heart. They also show me where I have given well to others, and bring me 'touchstones' of good intent.
They are not exclusively reserved for the after-death state.

Welcome to the forum. It could be a medical problem, some thing like p.t.s.d. or survivor guilt. Just guesses, I am not a doctor.

I had an experience of reviewing my whole life randomly over the period of 3 years following a nervous breakdown that I had 4 years ago. I found it to be an interesting experience and I looked forward to it. It gave me a chance to live life differently because I now know how the life is reviewed.

How much of her life does she review when these sessions come on?

Does she experience a different perception of time during these reviews? Example, when its over and the 2 minutes have passed does it feel like 2 minutes to her or 2 hours?

What a sad post, losing her husband and two friends is terrible thing to happen to your friend, being the only survivor with three killed tells me she didn't walk away, she was carried broken and battered, poor woman, this is were I hate being an empath,I really do hate it because right now I am living out her sorrow in my head.
She most probably had horrific injuries but you don't say,did she have a head injury?
Just the stress and horror of the accident scene is enough to bring back memories of past or her future life with her husband that just vanished in a split second, imagine your life coming to a dead stop and your whole future you have mapped out with the man who is to become the father of your children just wiped off the face of the earth, how devastating.

I would look at brain damage first then mental health issues before spiritual causes,I just feel so sorry for this persons loss, its made me sad!

Kind Regards Billy.
