Dilemma about helping someone into the light
 

I have had some past experience with asissting trapped spirits into the light and have successfully done so. I am now facing a dilemma with what I should do and I will try to explain clearly why I deem this a dilemma.

My fiance' whom I have lived with for over 15 years is heavily into racing fast cars. This was a pastime he had before we even met. One of his cars he has is a classic Hemi mopar that he has owned for many years that he "tries" to race. I say it in this manner because each year he gets it all suped up and ready and first trip to the track it winds up going out for this engine problem or that. He'll bring it home and rebuild or add parts gets psyched up again taking it to the track and again it dies first trip down the track. This has been going on with this particular car since we've met, his others there are no issues.

Come to find out from him all these years later that what I never knew was that this particular car two owners ago had actually somehow shifted out of gear and pinned the person that owned it inside his garage and he died as a result of it. We never knew this man at all because he was two owners ago and from another state. I was devestated in hearing this. It immediately came to me what was going on. I started connecting the dots. This lost soul will not leave this earthly plane and is still here ensuring that this car does not get driven down the track. It all made sense, including why in the middle of the night we would throw error codes on our home security system and the key pad would keep depicting a code for the garage although noone was outside. In a sense this lost spirit is protecting the man I live with. I have also confirmed my feelings with my friend who is a shaman I visit for clearings just today. He also confirmed this and looked into it deeper telling me that the mans mother kept telling him prior to his death to stop tinkering on the car so much and she had a fear the car would cause him injury. So because of his mothers warnings and his untimely death he feels compelled to stay with the car and protect the latest owner.

I have felt his presence in our garage and even had a name come to me which I believe is Tom. I don't feel the same scenario would happen again but I always worry when anyone races at a track. So now my fiance' who has for the most part always been a "convince me" type person of most spiritual things has finally conceded to me that he believes that I am right and the car has an attachment. He is requesting that I help aid this person into the light so that the latest engine and auto parts he bought isn't going to be a waste and have to tow it home again. I am not sure what to do here? My shaman friend confirms that the spirit wishes to protect him by being here, but I feel bad that he doesn't go into the light because he deseves to and his mother is now there my friend confirmed this. And if I send him anyways into the light and something were ever to go wrong at the track I would feel devestated.

I get the undertow that 'Tom' doesn't feel deprived because he isn't going to the light. He is still here on this plane because he want to be. He thinks it's his mission to see the safety of the current owner, maybe or he is just so in love with the car that he isn't ready to let it go. Either way, looks like you are stuck with a 'ghost'.

Remember, it's his 'life'. :D

Human spirits, much like they do on earth, have free will. You cannot make them cross into the light, nor can you just send them there. Or even have them leave a place that they do not choose to. You can ask, but it is up to the spirit themselves to decide where they want to go.

That's what I felt as well and shared my thoughts with my friend the shaman. What he suggested was that I have a conversation with him out in our garage (more than likely with the doors shut so neighbors don't think I'm going whacko..lol!), and ask him some questions and try to have him give any responses by knocking or manifesting a sound. What I will share with him is that I am fully aware he is there as well as know what had happened to him, and also let him know what year it is as well (Sometimes this alone can help I've learned on one of the docs I've watched.) I will let him know that I am willing to help him if he wishes to see his mother and help him through. But I will not force him at all because I know he thinks it's his mission because of what happened. From what I have learned in all my spiritual readings as well as documentaries I've seen on Gaia tv is that once he goes into the light he later on can come back to visit if he chooses to do so, but at least it would be by choice and he is no longer stuck on this plane. So I feel this is the best way after thinking on it. Because then the choice is his alone and I won't feel any guilt then either way. I just hope my other half has a safe racing season if that car in particular does go to the track this summer should this spirit opt to go home.

Is it possible that he is already in the light, moved on, whatever you want to call it, but he comes back from time to time to visit the car and its owner? Maybe he's not stuck here?

I really don't think so. I think he is here and has been here since the day of his accident. This is not only a solid gut feeling but also based on the fact that this car would break down every single time on the 1st day at the track and has been doing so since the day my other half started racing it. He has other race cars and none but that Hemi Cuda does this consistently. After the last breakdown I think he thought that was it and he got his way, my other half went months so upset over that breakdown and did nothing with it. Then the day he finally decided to obtain new engine parts to try to fix it and give it another go, we went out to the garage and someone had a hissy fit and threw a few things off the higher shelves, took a bit to connect the dots but there is no way the items from the shelves that are at over 8 feet and secure can come crashing down onto the garage floor. I don't think he liked the idea of the new Hemi parts arriving here. That never happened when other parts arrive here only parts for that car. I don't view him as a bad spirit, in fact quite the opposite. My
impressions are that he is just stubborn in wanting what he wants regarding that car.

Also based on all the error codes and that infernal "beep, beep,beep" sound my home security makes whenever a door or a window opens or closes. That has happened repeatedly for years now and noone would be near a door or window, sometimes just sitting watching a movie. When we'd go to the keypad to punch in the codes to view what zone of the house it is always depicting the garage. He likes to get our attention. Everything makes sense now. Plus my shaman I visit also looked deeper at it in meditation and confirmed he does stay with the car sort of like it's a mission, he feels compelled to out of guilt over all the warnings his mother gave him when he was alive. I have zero doubt he is causing the breakdowns on it. I need to talk with him and it will more than likely be tomorrow because I have the day off.

Just go into the garage where the car is, and you should be able to sens a spirit.

So I had a talk with this spirit today in our garage. The impressions I'm getting are he is considering all that I shared with him. What year it is, his family that is in the light, the ability to visit by choice and not be trapped here, and also that he is welcome if he wishes to stay. But if he stays I ask that he find a way to protect and be with him without causing the car havoc or breakdowns. I heard alot of sounds and knocks to questions I asked and could definitely sense him there. I also told him I would check back in on his decision from time to time. I asked him to manifest in any way and that I had a camera with me if he chose to be seen (no flash was used and garge doors were closed). I captured a few pics in which I feel I am seeing a face and in the truck cap suspended from the rafters I think I can see a full body or outline with an illuminated heart. I wish to post these to see if others can see this too. One pic has the face showing in the passenger side of one of the cars, the other pic it's hunkered down behind the steering wheel. However this is one of the other mopars and not the one he keeps breaking down...Go figure??!! Let me know your thoughts. I could sense he was listening to me intently.
