I have resurfaced memories since last July from past lives of a disturbing nature. Nobody I know believes in reincarnation so I have been living with them alone. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea how to deal with them? They weigh heavily on me.

Dealing with PL memories would depend on the type of memories. Can you be more specific about your memories? In what way do they weigh on you?

Past life memories surface for a reason unless you invoked them by going to a reader. Sometimes they may divulge past lives that should be left behind.

Many are resolved with healing, but some surface because they need to resolved via karmic debt. Everyone deals with them differently, but maybe you need to break the bond if the memories are too disturbing?

Well, I did bad things in a past life. I murdered my brother and I have been paying that back in this incarnation. You need to forgive yourself and go back and ask for forgiveness to acknowledge you have learned.
