I have asked a certain spirit to tell me some things as best he can.

One thing I asked is what he personally would say as advice to me and my friends.

Some things are profitable for the soul, such as meditation, and 'energy work', collecting and wearing certain gems, etc. Making long term friendships.

Then there are the things that do not profit the soul, such as base entertainment, diversions, junk food, etc.

It is tempting, but try to resist temptation, and drop non profitable activity, as well as inactivity, to replace it with soul improvement, love in action [such as charity and friendship], etc.

It is 10/10 important that we focus on our soul and our friend's souls.

That is his whole message. It applies to all humans.
