Some will remember the request I put forth for a translation to English from Japanese of a letter....I was blessed to have that done before he made his passing. I know well it meant the World to him but I never got to fully understand why.

I lost a sweet elderly friend a few days ago. He was putting on his shoes and fell over dead. Nice way to go out really, no pain, no suffering. Just gone. He suffered from diabetes and a bit of dimensia so it was a blessing for him to not suffer. He was German, single and I found out today while he said he had no family he did have a living Sister. Again a mystery to that relationship.

I bless him and I know well that he is safe and in the Light.

I will miss him Sunday's as he was a tall man that I could come eye to eye with for our usual hug and peck on the cheek. Though when I gave him the translation to the letter I got a kiss on the lips in gratitude I will cherish that memory.
