Should I go to Reiki 1 again?
 

So I've been practising Reiki since 2011. But only done it to myself over the past four years, because I've been ill. I have these strange energyflows where I can feel my finger or someone elses finger breaking. Or I feel a sudden urge to drive someone over with a car. (Obviously I'm not acting on any of these) These "urges" or feelings have lessened a lot in the past few months, and I hope they will some day disappear alltogehter.

My question is, should I wait until these feelings go away before doing Reiki to anyone else, or should I speed the progress by going through Reiki1-course again?

Hi Tuseday I would say you don't need to do reiki level 1 again as you are already attuned to the reiki energies, I would suggest that you continue to give yourself reiki daily and work on especially your crown chakra.

As for the urges you say you are getting, are you ensuring you are eating regularly and eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of minerals and vitamins along with plenty of water? the reason I ask this is when the body is depleted of no vitamins etc it can have an effect on the body and mind.
