Can anyone help me?
 

I've been getting the feeling for a couple of months that something strange is going on at my work. I told people close to me that I had the strongest feeling they were going to do layoffs. I even knew who one of the affected would be, but I never voiced this. Everyone told me I was crazy.

I even went so far as to apply for another job (the fear was so great), which I got, and subsequently turned down. (Stupid move.)

Today, my fears were realized. 12 people were laid off, and one of them was the person I had called out.

This is the first time this has ever happened and I am feeling overwhelmed and guilty. I have had dreams that came true before, but it was always something stupid, like there was a policeman sitting in a certain spot at a certain time or I saw a rainbow, etc.

This wasn't a dream, it was waking...intuition??

I don't know if this belongs here or another thread. Also, PMs are welcome!

Don't feel bad AW the fact is those you would have told probably wouldn't have listened anyway.

The only comment I would make is to always pay attention to your intuition in the future, you were given a gift but you doubted yourself. I have been in your shoes in the past, I brushed the feelings off but they were always right so I have learned to pay heed.

Thank you. I had to do a lot of energy shielding to make it through the rest of the day, but I am feeling much better than before. I heard that most of the people who lost their jobs "are going to be okay," whatever that means.

I like your term 'waking ... intuition'. Keep using it. That will be all the help you ever need.

There is no need to ever be fearful. All of us "are going to be okay".
