You start each Form on a In Breath and end on a Out Breath.... Always In through your nose and Out through your mouth. Your tongue should be touching the roof of your mouth. |
and in the video you give me
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6kN...ature=youtu.be at the first form its split to 4 movments 2 upwards and 2 downwards up to chest than push upwards to sky lower to shoulder lower to ground how should i breath i each part ? |

Upwards you breath in, downwards out. |
but its two separate movments upwards (and downqards) and both are long toghter they are very long - seems as if too long for a single inhale or exhale

No they are not to long when you get use to it, breathe deep and slowly and you will have enough breath  While you are just learning you can breathe normally, after practising for a while you will get the hang of it and get into your own rhythm. |
