movement of energy
 

A few weeks ago when I was laying to sleep, I felt the movement of energy up my back. It stopped at the nape of my neck. Does anyone have any ideals as to what could have been happening? This was the first time it occurred.

sounds like kundalini . i get it myself . when it first happened i was laid in bed and felt as though a mouse had run under my back . scared me i jumped out of bed nothing there . everytime i went to lay down and nod off it would happen . i could feel sometimes something swaying at the base of my back . kinda like air bubbles . im much more use to it now lol

so have you experience anything else since. Do you feel awakened on any level?
