I came across this today on a Lightworker website:

'Beloved Ones, as you approach the 11/11/11 you are already beginning to receive the Codes of Renewal. These are Light Codes that will activater and energize the processes of Renewal on the Earth. The "Codes of Renewal" are Cosmic Light Information "packages" or downloads that carry the instructions from the Divine Heart for the Renewal of All Creation at this New Cycle of Cosmic Birthing. The "End" is Over....it is truly the Time of Birthing and Beginning.
The "Codes of Renewal" are activating your Light Body annd your DNA, both to align with the Original Blueprint for Divine Multi-Dimensional Human Life Forms, and to receive New Information for developing the Human Form is new ways. This means that there will be strong "electrical" energies that will be sending electrical "charges" through the Light Body and into the Physical Body, where the physical DNA will also receive the information of Renewal and Regeneration.

I thought this sounded pretty similar in their description.

Can any Light worker give their opinion please?

I have had several more of these 'download' and they are more comfortable then the first!

Now that they are not as uncomfortable, have you tried relaxing and letting yourself go? It sounds a lot like an OBE in progress, the first stage. And yes, once you are able to do this more frequently, your energies get adjusted to a new vibration.

I had this again last night.

I had loud ringing in my ears inbetween conversations with two other people, which i remember what u was thinking (wow this us si flear and makes sense/feels normal/i know these people) but not whqt we were saying. I think we were trying to make a decision.

Then the ringing was so loud i put my fingers over my ears, knowing it wasnt coming from them, but too loud not to. It fhanged to the echo after hiting alarge bell. Not the inital strike but an un-ending or fading hum.

Then my fingers where elsewhere like it wasnt my body, like when u wake up, but without the waking up part. Then i dreamt i went to another dimension. 4 'metal core' sun, apoeared in the 'something' abyss and would not stop growing, due to some situation. So hot the were just a white sheet of heat you couldnt see past. We ran up a vertical cluff to the shade.
This was followed by dreams goung through 2-3 past lives, all in which i knew previous lives.
