Chi gong colours
 

I haven't been practising chi gong for very long, only a few weeks and I've yet to explore the meditation side. In the last few days I've noticed that I'm seeing different colours with the exercises as long as I keep my eyes closed. For instance when carrying the moon the colour starts as indigo and goes through to purple then it changes as I lift my arms to a brilliant sunny gold. On a dull cloudy day it's as if there's brilliant sunshine above. Is this normal? I can't find this effect described anywhere but it's quite startling and beautiful.
