I'm wondering if I'm doing this right. So can you guys give me feedback if I'm doing this right by telling me what you see and what it means? Thanks!

You should be able to see your own aura. Have you ever tried? There are several youtube videos you can watch that give you the basics of how to see auras. The more you practice the better and easier it is. I'd give you a link but I am still a newb on here.
