The whole day was great - but to be able to post something?
Let me say it was really nice to have my older 8 pound dog - get up 3 times when I let him lay directly on my bed and not find a wet spot!!!!

And he had a good appetite all day!

I received a parcel from the other side of the world full of lovely things. :smile:

I walked in the rain! It was like taking a shower with my clothes on! Very cleansing!

I got drenched!

I arrived at my sons soaked through and had a massive roast dinner cooked for me to warm me from the inside out!

Aaaah!

I had an amazing reading with my (for lack of a better word) teacher. It's getting me focused on the next steps I need to take.

I woke up this morning to my alarm, and then remembered that i am on holidays for 2 weeks ....

Well, I am very proud of myself; I haven't had a bad thought,
haven't said an unkind word, haven't gossiped or gotten mad
at anyone, haven't been lazy or over eaten, had a martini...but
now it's time to get up outta bed...uh-oh.
