Where is the astral realm located?
 

Greetings everyone,

I'm just curious about your thoughts regarding the location of the astral realm.
Is it a different dimension connected to the physical world? Or maybe is it in the physical world but we arent able to touch/ interact with anything because we are just energy and not matter?
Or maybe nothing of the above :confused:
I heard you can see the real world in real time, like some kind of ghost. i also read that they are different layers, like higher vibrational dimensions inside the astral realm that you can only enter in a higher vibrational body of energy (would that mean that we are multidimensional beings? idk lol :D)

I have never astro projected but im trying in a slow pace, i guess right now im more focused in learning more about it.

It is my understanding that the astral realm is not a place in the physical reality, but it emulates it with great realism. Because of that, most of the time people won't realize they are dreaming.


These are good possibilities, however, since an astral traveler can go back and forth in time, I'm more inclined to believe that the astral plane is a place that exists on it's own and does not depend on the physical plane. It has it's own workings, rules and mechanisms that many times contradict the physical experience. For example, muscles don't matter, gravity can be ignored and great distances can be covered with a single step.
