Mullein for breathing problems.
 

Mullein is a plant which is good for respiratory problems. This is particularly relevant now because of coronavirus. Mullein can be bought in tablet, tea or extract form. I have some tea and have just ordered some tablets. Breathing properly is an issue for me because I am a heavy smoker.

You can get it from eBay, Amazon, health food shops.....

Another worth mentioning is Shatavari aka Asparagus root powder.
