whenever i go through my day effortlessly i feel on top of the world. i usually give in to pressure towards the end of the day if im working or studying a lot. but still its amazing zomg. i think i end up failing because it needs sustained meditation. i guess thats what keeps the mind clear from the illusion of necessary activity...
