Primal astrology
 

What do you guys think about this? Primal Astrology? it combines your western and eastern (Chinese) sign and gives you your primal one.

well apparently I'm a hippo haha. as with most astrology based on my sun sign, it doesn't resonate with me particularly strongly. my moon sign + chinese sign gives me platypus and that resonates more, not surprisingly.

Oh alrighty, haha the hippo. So Aries (Western) + OX (Chinese) = Hippopotamus and if you switched it up and went with your moon instead of sun, thats Scorpio (Western) + OX (Chinese) = platypus, and that one resonates more for you, ok.

Platypuses are cool creatures, in and around the rivers here iv seen a few, no hippos though.. people from over seas who see the platypus for the first time are some times like "Oh my gosh! what is it! what is it!" :laughing9:


I know another person who said they don't really resonate with there Aries sun sign, but to me they are pritty Aries at times (not saying thats the case with you though, no, just noticed the same thing with another Aries) and yes i know theres more to astrology then sun signs.

Primal astrology is a genius system, the only problem is Western astrology is more than your Sun sign and Chinese astrology is more than your year sign so they need to put the whole charts into consideration.

They offer primal astrology birth charts on that website i think and some other stuff.

I agree that it doesn't work to combine signs like that completely divorced from their systems. It's like boiling apples with oranges in a soup.

I am however combining different astrology systems but from the point of view that they have all derived from an ancient understanding about our energy anatomy - and that this is their roots, and the roots of the healing sciences as well. It's all in my blog Chakras in the Sky.

Mine is the Leafy-Seadragon. It's surprisingly accurate! Even in parts I wish it weren't lol.
