sudden anxiety

Anyone get sudden anxiety or dread? Your energy feels like you are super high on caffeine and it's really uncomfortable? Just had this today and it felt so awful and lonely. I had a feeling of dread. Wasn't sure if it was a spirit trying to come through or if I am picking up on something bad or wrong happening to a friend in my life. Either way, something felt wrong and I wasn't sure how to channel that energy. Maybe a spirit has a trauma that needs help to let go of and cross over? Or I'm picking up something bad happening to someone I know? Any advice or insight on how to deal with this energy?

What you say is normal I often get the feeling of forbodding is about to happen, but my instincts are very high so I tend to unravel the feeling.
my instincts are never wrong.
and for anybody who has this feeling always trust your instincts. if something feels wrong then it is.
I was born with my gifts and I remember the first time I felt something was about to happen.
My guide was there for me as was my grandmother .

Hello,

For an experience like this, I would suggest talking to your body. The insight about what is going on may come to you from a spiritual guide, however it is the body that is sensing some thing.

I get something similar for 18 months now. But in my case it is not a mediumistic cause. When it happens to me it's because of extreme exhaustion, where I have pushed myself beyond my limits, without enough mindfulness in the moment, and enough listening to my body. It is (for me) muscle and full body exhaustion and creates a lot of nasty feeling tremors in my muscles and through my whole body.

It is extremely unpleasant and causes me a peculiar nausea and palpitations too. It is similar to "overtraining syndrome", in my case.

That is common tobi when you feel like that the best thing to do is to go out into Nature and recharge your batteries.
