yesterday i bought some new stones that i didn't have before to test out their energies for the first time:
rainbow moonstone, tumbled petrified wood, dendritic agate (i felt led the night before to search for "dendrite" when i went to the store), and chrysoprase.

as well as some types that i had already worked with before but loved enough to get more of: moonstone and tree agate c:

i'm charging them now, so hopefully afterwards when i start working with them they will react well with my energy c:

I picked up a few stones to replace ones that I gave away ~ Iolite and Natural Citrine. A nice big Garnet too!

that really depends on what effects and traits you're looking for in the crystal, as well as which crystals respond well to your energy. and especially which ones call to you c:
but as for all-around good crystals that a lot of people work with, i suggest looking into the following:
amethyst
selenite
aventurine
moss agate
tree agate
obsidian
hematite
labradorite
i know for sure that amethyst and selenite are useful in collections, but the latter few are ones that i respond well with and i have found work well, so again it all depends on your preference c:

Yesterday was my daughters birthday so I went an purchased her a moldavite pendant she had wanted. While there I also acquired Mookaite, Angelite and a lovely piece of Orange Calcite. I can't seem to keep my hands of the Calcite.
