Making Noises
 

Does anybody else make noises as they're going deeper into a meditative state. I thought it was possibly that I was drifting into sleep and I've woken myself up a few times with a grunt or a snort before today. I think I was doing this particular noise for a while before I realised I was doing it during todays attempt it was like a mewling sound.

Can't say I've made noises before and it disrupted the session since I couldn't help then but focus on it. Anyone else ever make noises?

I do make noises during meditation as well, as I cannot control some parts of me. I think and concentrate on other stuff. My hubby told me I make interesting noises ;)
