EFT for anxiety
 

Can EFT help with the after effects of a severe anxiety attack? I'm asking because I had a severe anxiety attack today and I'm still struggling with breathing. Can EFT help with easing these symptoms?

If you can't easily find the information on a resource like this forum, you can google/internet search for your results, such as typing "eft anxiety" or "eft panic attack" or "eft foot fungus" and if you want more specific you could add another element like youtube, or forum, or article, or clinical study, etc.. there are a lot of rich resources for eft, the best part is it's one of the most simplest things that can handle the most complex of issues. it also affords a lot of freedom and I think often making up your own sequences and such will usually have success too
