Ways to cleanse during Spiritual Awakening?
What are some good ways to cleanse the soul and spirit during a spiritual awakening?

I found something that has a great effect.
A bath with dry bay leaves. Put some of them into water and leave it for some hours to absorb the essence. Then you can have a bath with it,or sprinkle your body.. Personaly i have a little bowl of water with some bay leaves and everyday i put a little all over my third eye area. It works very good for me. |
I was wondering the same thing. I will try what lomax suggested. Thanks.

Grounding exercises are always helpful, you can also work directly on your subtle energy with energy work/qigong/meditation/etc. You can also use external things like sage, baths, grounding tasks like gardening or cooking, you can use cleansing-related spells if that's your thing, you can make tea and empower it with some kind of purifying intention, mild fasting can be useful if you're informed about it, or even just washing your hands. There are a ton of ways to cleanse the soul/spirit, it just depends on your intentions and which way makes the most sense/has the most meaning for you

It's a good idea to find what works for you, so do your research to find a technique that works for you.....
I imagine myself standing under a pure ray of sunshine. The rays cleanse away any connections that do not serve me and energize me with universal light energy. I do this whenever I feel like it and only takes a few seconds. I also like to have a selenite crystal nearby. Selenite has the ability to cleanse itself as well as other crystals. It clears away any negative energies my crystals accumulate, and if it can do that for their energy....I figure it can do the same for mine  |
I use epsom salt baths, imagine the negative energy washing off you into the water then when you let the water out imagine it draining away with the water too
