the analogy of the fly

when something as small as a fly enters your house, it would want anything that another living being needs to survive.

the normal reaction to such an insect is to swat it, since flies are known to be around decaying matter.

when this is happening, does the fly know that it is being hunted?

does the fly know why it is being hunted?

there is a type of plant called the pitcher plant that exudes a smell that attracts insects like bees and flies. parts of its skin are transparent in splotches.

when a bee gets lost inside a pitcher plant, it cant realize that the light it is flying to is from the same light source. it will try all the different transparent splotches.

the fly will find the brightest light and always try to fly directly towards the light. it escapes very quickly. what it does not realize is that the bee will have long died while the fly is still alive.

this brings me to the last question, knowing that an animal lacks the components to see light, is it a seeing obligation to lead it to something that it cannot know about?

what would an ant do if it suddenly could see? please answer this question.
