ok worst movie ~ Kill Bill ( not that I watched it but happened to see bits and pieces of it when with a friend )

I simply could not get into the sight of a tiny penguin looking like a retard whenever it danced, and the attitude of his parent(s).
And the overuse of pop songs to fill in the time for the story.
I stopped watching it after the scene where the seal lion came out of the hole to attack.
The demonic look of it's face seemed way over the top compared to the rest of it's body.

I did not like Kill Bill when I saw it at the theatres.
A fan of some of Tarantino's work, i was very disappointed.
But upon watching it again on DVD, Kill Bill I, II are in my favs list.
I get that sometimes. A first viewing and i will not like it, but upon a second one, i will change.

I've only walked out of one movie, but forgot which.

Terminators 2 was, IMO absolute trash , (if one is over age 12). I was hoping it'd get better and shoulda just left.
If Meghan Fox wasn't in it, I'd have passed on it , for sure.

Other than the Exorcist, it's the only film I truly regret seeing, but for different reasons, had nightmares for weeks after that one.

Hated the ending of "No Country For Old Men" ... as a writer I feel they betrayed the audience, with no real ending. A cardinal sin for screenwriters. Brilliant story-acting with no resolution.

Funny how people have unique perspectives, likes and dislikes.
I regard T2 as some of Cameron's best work.
A near perfect movie.
Me and my boy had watched it over 20 times.
My dawta, on movie night, would lament that we had chosen to watch T2 again.

No Country....ah yes, the non ending.
I do not recall what the ending was for this one, but non endings usually means, the problem remains, the baddie is never caught, some type of closure has not occured.
Well, that' the end of the movie, it's open ended.

But i empathise as I have enjoyed movies but was disappointed by the ending.

An ending, i speculate that some creators spend a great deal of time constructing as it's the last thing they want to convey to the viewer.
A no ending i interpret as the creators are saying this is not the end.
You have only witnessed a tiny part of a much longer story.

The book 'Captain Corelli's Mandolin' was beautiful, but the film?Starring Nicholas Cage,it was the biggest wasted chance I think I've ever seen.Huge swathes of the book were missing, the atmosphere was non-existent and even the very pretty Penelope Cruz couldn't save it.

He's like Kevin Costner.
Great movies and flops. Odd how some actors do this.

Also, the remake of 'The Wicker Man' starred Mr Cage and was dreadful, the decision to relocate the small Scottish island to somewhere off the coast of America was a huge mistake.
America is nortorious for this.
I don't know if other countries are just as bad though.

The 'Final Destination' franchise is forgettable,we got the message in the first film so by the fifth I think most viewers were likely to be asleep.Ditto the 'Saw' films.
Same. If it's the same story, plot, theme , its slightly changed, not interested.

Though how interesting is this.
TV shows success is based on this principle of repetition.
So perhaps the mindset of movie preference\expectations is different to tv shows.

Back to repetitious movies.
If the character(s) personal journey develops amidst repetitious circumstances, I am ok.
But then also, if the character remains the same, and i liked it, but the circumstances changed, i'm also ok.

So perhaps, with Saw and Final Destinations, the different ways to die is what others enjoy within the repetition.

A real badass character, but he shows up and then he's killed.
Sort of like the albino twins ghost people from Matrix 2,3?
Unstoppable, real story plot material, and , oh look, they're not unstoppable, they now dead.

I simply did not like the director's choices for dialogue and acting.
And his obsession with GC as opposed to those two things.
Yes, two and three got a little better, but the pleasure was few and far between the pain for me.

My son described a few scenes from a Tom Green movie.
I will never watch one.

Spiderman I was ok.
The first movie is always about the birth of the superhero, the transformation, so you've got to be pretty lame to stuff that up.
I saw the sequel with the black evil spiderman in it...did not like it.

Like Batman Begins. One of my all time favs.
But The Dark Knight, even though it has the brilliant efforts of the late Heath Ledger as the Joker, I didn't like the overall experience.

That is one of the main things that many people cite when talking about the first three movies of the Star Wars franchise. The usual answer is that he didn't really write the last three and had help and the first three were all him. Though if you look at it. There had to be some way to make Anakin the chosen one with the force. Symbiotic's would probably of been one of the only ways to accomplish that and be believable. And I agree that there is poor writing when you have these characters that are supposed to be tough and all, but then die in a quick fight. Like Whiplash in Iron Man 2. That was the only real bad thing with that movie. Was the build up to the final fight was not a good climax to the story.

There are not many people that agree with me when I say the same thing about The Dark Knight. I am a huge Batman fan, and I loved Batman Begins, and I am excited for The Dark Knight Rises, but I did not really care for the second movie. Heath Ledger did a fantastic job with that character but the movie itself just wasn't a complete package for me. I think it was too unbelievable in how The Joker was everywhere and had everything set up. It didn't seem relateable that he could accomplish everything in such a short amount of time. One of the reasons I don't watch many horror movies as they follow the same pattern.

More bad movies. Many of the Jack Black movies are terrible. Such as Nacho Libre, Year One.

If you don't pay attention to the plot holes in the Transformers life action movies they are not as bad as people make them out to be... Though I am scratching my head how he's making a fourth one and in doing that he will reboot the franchise... It does not make logical sense.

He's also doing a TMNT movie reboot where he is making them aliens instead of mutants.. And not teenagers.

Hello

Worst recent movie LOL I saw in the theatre ( not that new lol ) . Paranormal Activity.

OMG there was a baby carriage in the entry hall way that was the SAME in the wheel postition in every SINGLE shot. NOW having kids ( and there was one in this film) I know well that there is NO WAY when ye bring the stroller in ye can get the wheels in the exact same place every time. Even if ye wheel lock the back, the front still pivet.

I do not know why they so do not think that one's that LOOK at such footage in life do not see the HOLES in it all. I know well its "entertainment" but it gives one's that do the work from that pure place of trying to help bad image.

Most times for me TV or a Movie is on in the house for the kids and is background noise I rarely am clued to the screen....tell me there is not much GOOD out there to see.

Oh and Braveheart is an exercise in Anglophobia, which is a shame because the film is visually very impressive.Historical accuracy was sacrificed on the alter of Mel Gibson's political leanings.

If I ever went to the movies or rented one, I always watched the entire movie...until I rented I believe it was called The Producers with Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick. 15 minutes and it was out of the DVD player.

White chicks...omg...what was I thinking...

The Weatherman, The Family Man. Broken Flowers w/ bill murray.

I'm trying to think of an actor/actress that I can't tolerate to the point that I won't watch their movies... I should say I'd prefer not to watch their movies... I

Cameron Diaz
Jennifer aniston
Ben Stiller

Never saw T3 but T1 and T2 are 2 of my favorites.

I understand your objection to Cameron and Jennifer but not Ben - I have a crazy crush on him ever since seeing him in Mystery Men - a classic.
