night terrors at haunted place
 

I am an emt b and work at an old fire station where they said it is haunted. I have had sleep paralysis all my life and have seen many things. Yesterday was very weird. I awoked paralized and throughout my sleep paralysis state someone or something grabbed my left trapezius muscle and wouldn't let go. It kept grabbing hard as I struggled. I would lose conciousness and have vivid dark dreams then wake up again to the same state. I then saw one shadow figure,a leg which I physically grabbed to pull away from me. I then saw a figure of a child jump in bed with me it was scared and mumbled in a scared tone something I couldnt hear, but in my mind I reject it next to me and I saw the figure explode into smoke. All this lasted for several hours all night. What could these things mean?

That does sound like a ghost , maby a child that died in a fire . With the s.p. you may or not of been trying to go out of body . You might re post this in the ghosts sec. as this is the astral projection sec. You might talk to the ghost , let them know there dead, ect.

That sounds like a very frightening experience, specially if it happened for hours. If the fire station is haunted that can play a big part of your sleep paralysis. It depends on what type of spirit your dealing with. Watch out for possession! You may want to look a little bit more on the history of the fire station to see what really happened there years ago, that can be very helpful for you. Like what desert rat stated, post the thread on the Ghost section of this site and see what other members can suggest you. It seems to me that they are trying to communicate with you too.
