hey lugia… can you try to pull me out of my body? I've been trying to astral project for a while, and the closest I've gotten was a strong feeling of being pulled upwards. I'm working on lucid dreaming right now, so if you pull me out and tell my astral body what's happening, I should become lucid. thanks! (honestly should have started a new thread, but whatev.) lol

You can use the magic of "autosuggestion", tell yourself, from time to time, that you are going to do it for real, just put it in the back of your mind.This is what I've done.Don't force yourself to do it, thinking all day long about it, just go with the flow.Just my humble advice, I had my first lucid dream and my first astral projection, it was an unique experience.Now, I wish to see if I can meet these spiritual guardians, or my higher self, or even the angels.I had my first experience and I met my grandma, she died 2 years ago, she was there to take my defence, that's how I felt her presence.

yea I know what ur talking about :) i'm using different techniques, like reality checks and those mental affirmations. they only worked in a dream once, a few years ago...
im interested, what would you ask or talk about to an angel? they are really powerful, and have the ability to rip open dimentions. i think their cool, but i kinda want to get a strong telekinetic ability from the astral realms. maybe i would ask some random being for some runic stuff that would work in the 3D. just some things to try :)
