Balls of light
 

I come from a long line of believers in elemental beings. (When my Grandmother passed one of her books I inherited was "Praying with Tree Spirits") :icon_smile:
Since childhood I have instinctively known when I'm being watched when in nature and have a sense of the energy that the beings are emitting.

Lately I have been seeing balls of light... sometimes its in my peripheral vision field and sometimes they're right in front of my eyes but fleeting, vanishing as soon as I focus on them.

I have also seen shadows around me, orbs of energy in my peripheral, large orbs that are different colors and shapes.

Does anyone have any advice on how to tap in more effectively to the energies that I'm sensing?

For me, simply paying attention does worlds of good toward strengthening my spiritual perceptions. That, and patience. I don't always progress as quickly as I'd like (does anyone?), so I have to remind myself that the process is a huge part of the experience.

If I'm working particularly hard toward something, I'll take it in to meditation and ask, "What do I need to know right now?" Sometimes it'll give me an extra boost in what I'm working on.

Well I'm guessing you're probably waking up from your 3D sojourn. Often when we gain awareness of our "be-ing" we slowly start growing out of the density into light. And what follows is that the veil of illusion starts lifting. We See sparkles or effigies, hear a ringing sound or smell a whiff of pleasant (or nasty) fragrance (depending upon the entity's preference. Hey even discarnate/higher beings have tastes :) ) It's an indication for you to adjust your beliefs/thoughts, to whatever measure comfortable for you, to accommodate more acceptance of the vastness of the multiverse. Perhaps something Great is waiting for you just around the corner. I'm sure you'll enjoy it to the fullest. Good luck :)

I just wanted to thank you for this nadia, I have seen orbs all of my life but I had a kundalini awakening about a month ago and my sense of smell has taken a different route almost to synesthesia and since about two moths ago the orbs have been behaving differently, more like moving with intelligent motion. I used to see primarily blue and occasionally white orbs but since two days ago I have started seeing different color orbs. I was wondering about the smell today when I was having a rough time with a mix of odors and the density they were causing in their regions, so your explanation is a wonderful find for me. Thank you.

It seems the veil is thinning for you. Trees are very special. Trees are ancient and wise. Patient and giving. They communicate with those who listen. (not with words) I'm sure your book tells you how to connect with trees, so all I can really add is to hug a tree. Thank a tree. Sit under a tree. And just contemplate the tree. Quietly. Try to quiet your thoughts so you can just listen :-)

Trees can talk to us, just not in the way we talk to each other :-) Hope this helps. Namaste. :wink:
