Wood Nymph
 

I was in Costa Rica, and through some interesting synchronicity, met and stayed with this wonderul medium named Niki. We are both "tuned in." As we were standing outside talking, something tickled the back of my knee. I turned around trying to find out what it was. Nothing was there. Niki turned to me stating, "that's a wood nymph. I have seen them before, but they have never touched me. Can anyone tell me more about wood nymphs?

a wood nymph is a fae being. their realm is of magic (and mystery?).
fae don't interact well with the banality of mundane living since it (heavily)
tends to drain glamour from the atmosphere and replace it with dross.
to have friendly relations with fae indicates that you are a "kindred spirit"
i would venture to say. they don't see you as a threat to their existence.
perhaps you have an artistic flair, or are particularly attracted to the
wonders of the natural world (without all the concrete and pavement).
sexuality is a major facet of nymphs and their magic i would guess.
