New member having difficulty signing on
At my encouragement, a friend recently joined the forum. She got her activation letter and followed directions, but whenever she tries to sign in to read and post, she cannot do so. I believe she wrote a note in the "contact us" section asking what she should do. I'm relatively new here myself and was unable to help her. Once I went to the activation link, I had no trouble signing on. I did when the site returned after the crash (it kept telling me either my user name of my password were incorrect), but I just picked a new name and password and re-joined, and it's been fine. Is there something I can suggest she do that will resolve her dilema? Thanks!
