I have swollen ankles?
 

This has happened before but it is worse this time. I am trying to stay hydrated and make sure I get some potassium. I am just not use to this issue. Does anyone have ideas beyo d raising my feet on stools?

Some things come to mind related to your physical condition and health.

Are you physically active??? Do you have normal blood pressure???

Swollen ankles or feet can be signs of poor blood flow....kidney problems etc......have you seen a doctor to rule such things out???

Hi if you are active fysictly the you might need to stop your activities for a while and stay hydated it could be many reasons as to why, my collegue has a swallen ankle from drinking too much beer everyday that can be the issue or you can have some infection if id doesnt stop i would advise taking some pain reliefs and going to ypur doctor for further check up, best of luck
