Ahhh that quote makes me smile. We are the same matter that made up a star at one point!

What do you guys think about this?

We can incorporate into this, the fact that time is an illusion.

As well?
Matter such as, "Dust", at it's essence is, "Frequency, Vibration, and Resonance".

Or, "Light".

Universe is created
Universe heats up and expands
Gravity forces matter to condense and cool
Galaxies are formed, therefore nebula
Gravity forces dust together so dence it forces helium to be created and fusion - a star is born creating many elements
Star explodes - forces its matter across the universe and more nebula
Stars gravity collects dust and rocks into its orbit to form plants
Life forms on planets from said minerals from the star...

Repeat

Thanks for the rundown on that Time, but, you don't think that "Light" begins with the star formation, do you?

Professor of Physics, Michio Kaku, also tells us that the atoms within our bodies were forged on the anvil of nucleosynthesis in an exploding star, aeons before the birth of our solar system.

We are very caught up with "Time", aren't we? But, we are told it is the illusion. Eliminate the concept of time, and things become much clearer.
Horizons expand considerably.

Time is related with Space, and Gravity in Science.
This is illusory, as compared with the greater reality of the timeless, or, "Eternity".
