breast feeding mothers
 

I have a seven month old son, our first, and about a month into breast feeding I started experiancing arthritic pain in my feet and hands,... I've been told this happens with Lactation, so of course I drink plenty of fluids and take calcium and what not. Im in a space where I can't diagnos myself, any suggestions on what else may be going on via energy systems, chakra or imbalances that may cause this joint pain?
